Jawaad perfumes, guarantees the authenticity of all our branded perfume, since we are offering imported perfumery, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is shipped.
However, we do stand firm with our customer till the product has reached their destination. We will happily replace your order if:
The parcel arrives broken or damaged 
The products inside are damaged or leaking.

To lodge a replacement request, 
Contact us on our whatsapp number within 24 hours of receiving your damaged order. You can also email us at jawaadperfumes@gmail.com
Please provide clear photo and video as proof of the damage to the packaging and/or products.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement of your order.

Please note:
We cannot replace products due to a change of mind or incorrect selection.
This policy applies only to damaged goods received upon delivery.
